2. How many HMOs have failed inspections since January 2019 to July 2024
We do not hold this information. We use the HHSRS to assess hazards and determine a course of action, accordingly. Where hazards are significant, we consider use of notices, (where a number of significant hazards exist or voluntary compliance has not been achieved or commitment to undertaking made. Attached please find list of formal enforcement activities.
3. How many HMO licence holders have lost their licences since 2019 to July 2024.
If you hold the data in financial years that is also fine if it is not held to July - as recent as possible please. I would like it presented in a yearly format in a table on a PDF.
