As required and varies between teams.
3. Does the training take place in-house or is this delivered by external companies?
Both in house and external.
4. Is there a system in place where they can access up-to-date information/documents?
The council uses an Intranet HR Hub on sharepoint that staff can access information.
5. How much is spent annually on training and any system to store policies/documents for these departments?
WBC do not hold budget information for individual team spend, WBC hold a training budget (c.£80k).
As per answer to Q4 the Council uses an Intranet HR Hub on SharePoint that staff can access information. The Sharepoint software tool is part of our Enterprise Agreement~ Microsoft Volume Licensing. It is not possible to discern the relevant SharePoint-only annual spend from the total Enterprise Agreement.
