Can you tell me the following:
1. When was planning permission FIRST granted by WBC for a house to be built requiring vehicle access via a bridleway, byway or restricted byway such as Heath Ride, The Ridges, Kiln Ride Extension etc?
2. How many houses have NOW been granted planning permission by WBC, subsequently built and requiring vehicle access via a bridleway, byway or restricted byway?
3. How much will WBC receive in 2024/25 from Council Tax payments from these properties?
4. How much has WBC received as 'development fees' for the granting of planning permission on these properties?
5. How many of these properties were built on private land?
6. How many properties across the whole borough have been built on what WBC would term 'private' land?
