I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding Wokingham Directory:

Specifically, I am requesting the following information:
1. The Business Plan and Yearly Budget for the Wokingham Directory, including a breakdown of internal Council costs and external third party costs.
2. Details of the Directorate the Wokingham Directory sits within, the reporting structure, and the ultimate product owner responsible for the project.
3. Information about the commercial arrangement with any procured website developers for the Wokingham Directory digital directory, including:
a) When the website was commissioned
b) How the website was commissioned (e.g. tender process, direct award, etc.)
c) When the current contract with the website developer ends
d) The current annual spend on the website
e) The cumulative amount spent on the website with the current provider
