Health Needs Assessments

I am writing to make an information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, related to Needs Assessments carried out and / or led by your Public Health department.
Please provide information about each of the following:
1. For any health needs assessments that were put out to tender and / or commissioned to external organisations over the past three financial years (2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24):
a) Title and description of each needs assessment out to tender and those where contracts were awarded: Wokingham Borough Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) 2022-2025. The PNA is published herehttps://wokingham.berkshireobservatory.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Wokingham-PNA-2022-2025.pdf. The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2022-2025 was jointly commissioned between the six Unitary Authorities in Berkshire (West Berkshire, Reading Borough, Wokingham Borough, Bracknell Forest Borough, The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Slough Borough).
b) Total number out to tender, and total number where contracts were awarded: 1 needs assessment went out to tender and 1 contract was awarded.
c) Supplier for each successful contract: Healthy Dialogues.
d) Financial value of each contract awarded: £23,000 (cost contribution from Wokingham Borough Council)
e) Date contract awarded: December 2021.
f) Length of contract awarded: 12 months.
2. For any needs assessment carried out ‘in-house’:
a) Title and description of each needs assessment
b) Total number of needs assessments carried out
