Around a quarter of MARF referrals were initiated by schools, can I please request answer to following questions;
1. What are the minimal level of statutory evidence requirements under Wokingham MASH SOP to move referral from Initial contact to Multiagency checks, especially incase of schools initiating MARF referrals?
No information held on 'minimum level of statutory evidence requirements'.
2. Incase of no minimal level of statutory evidence requirements for above, what factors or evidence are taken into account before Social worker/Case worker initiates Multiagency checks and creates a HISTORY of Digital Footprint against parents/carers in various agencies databases?
No information held. Every referral is looked at on a case by case basis, and there are numerous factors and considerations. Any individual can raise a referral if they believe their is a genuine safeguarding risk and have concerns for an individual.
