PFI and PF2 school contracts

I am writing to request information held by your council on private finance initiative (PFI) schools. I would like to be sent:
1. The number of PFI and PF2 school contracts terminated before the contract end date. It would be appreciated if you could give the name of the school involved, the name of the special purpose vehicle (SPV)/PFI project company (PFI Co) involved, the reason why the contract was terminated before the contract end date, the date on which the contract was due to end and the date on which the contracted was terminated
Wokingham Borough Council have no PFI schools.
2. Of those PFI or PF2 school contracts terminated early, could you detail whether the resultant settlement agreement included a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
Not applicable.
3. A breakdown of the amounts of money the school in question (or its responsible body), local authority and the SPV/PFI Co had to pay to end the contract early
Not applicable.
4. Of all the local authority’s PFI and PF2 school contracts, could you tell me whether any of them included an option for the authority to purchase the school at value at the end of the contract and, if so, for how much
