We are currently undertaking a Desktop Study for a site located to the west of Park Lan Charvil. We would be grateful if you could answer the following questions:
1. Are there any landfill sites within a 1km radius of the site? If so, what are the location(s), period of operation and type of fill?
2. Are there any ground gas problems in the area or any history of such problems?
3. Are there any records or knowledge of whether the site or neighbouring areas are contaminated?
4. Have there been any tanks / hazardous substances stored on the site?
5. Are there any prosecutions for nuisance on site or in the surrounding are?
6. Are there any authorised processed on or near the site?
7. Are there any private water abstractions within 1km of the site?
8. Are there any known problems with respect to asbestos?
9. Are there any known problems with respect to radon?
10. Are you aware of any tanks or other hazardous substances currently or historically stored at the site?
