Procurement Frameworks

Please provide the following:
1. Procurement Frameworks:
a) Please list all the procurement frameworks your organisation has used to award new contracts in the past two years.
b) For each framework, kindly provide the framework name, the start and end date of the framework, and the responsible authority overseeing it.
2. Contract Information:
a) For each framework identified in point 1, please provide the total value of contracts awarded through each framework.
b) Indicate the type of works or services covered by the awarded contracts (e.g., construction, maintenance, consultancy, etc.)
Wokingham Borough Council don’t collate this information or hold this in a reportable manner. We are applying Section 12 exemption (exceed the appropriate limit) as this would involve manually going through all the procurements on ProContract (WBC’s e-procurement system) individually and looking at the tender documents submitted through the system to see if this tender is being carried out through a Framework and then once identified to be using a Framework would need to find all the details of the Framework/ contract. There are many Framework providers available that the public sector can use such as CCS, ESPO, YPO, SCAPE, G-Cloud etc.
