1. Can you please provide me with details for s106 agreements signed between 2000-2010, including but not limited to:
• Planning references
• Total Contributions received
• Total Contributions allocated (if possible where and when allocated)
• Total Contributions Spent (with proof of expenditure)
• Total Balance remaining

We are unable to provide proof of expenditure due to the age of the requested information, financial data records are limited to 7 years following the transaction concluding. Our financial monitoring system (Agresso) was implemented in 2012 and our database for monitoring S106 agreements was implemented in 2015 therefore records relating to when funds were allocated between 2000 and 2010 are not available.
We are able the provide the attached details of S106 agreements signed between 1st January 2000 and 31st December 2010 with the information we currently have available for contributions received, spent and remaining.
