1. Please provide below requested details for SEND Panel;
a) Composition and panel members designation
SEND Team Manager
SEND Senior Case Manager / Assistant Team Manager
EP
School / educational setting representatives (typically SENCO)
Where applicable, input from CYPIT (therapies provision)
b) Frequency of SEND Panel Meet
Weekly.
c) Does SEND Panel meet on a certain day/time of the week?
Wednesday.
