Wokingham Borough Council are applying Section 14 (vexatious) exemption to this request as we do not believe it to be genuine and forms part of a campaign to cause disruption in the run up to elections. The Council have received over 20 requests on the same day all in the exact same format and having liaised with the other Berkshire Councils we are aware that they have received similar requests for information.

Wokingham Borough Council have recorded their decision making internally on applying this exemption should it need to be reviewed in future by the Information Commissioners Office.
