The Public Spaces Protection Order has been in force since September 2022.
1. Since its inception, how many Fixed Penalty Notices have been issued in respect of car cruising?
2. And specifically how many have been issued in relation to the Thames Valley Park and Ride car park and Thames Valley Park Drive?
None issued for car cruising but have issued them in the Car Parks as a result of ASB. 17 FPNs issued in breach of PSPO in Wokingham Borough Council owned car parks. 10 Specifically at Thames Valley Business Park car park.
