1. I have been unable to locate various S106 legal documents via your portal, please could you attach or inform me how to access them in your response? Planning Reference:

• O/2010/1432
Copies of S106 agreements can be requested through our land charges team, instructions below how to pay online. Copy fee is £12.80 per document. You can pay online using the following link and selecting Land Charges as payment type and quoting the reference of the document and address in the details box. https://webpayments.wokingham.gov.uk/NReg/QuickPay.aspx Please email a copy of your receipt to landcharges@wokingham.gov.uk as the account is not monitored and we will email you the requested documentation.
2. In addition please could you a detailed breakdown of the S106 payments received, complete with date of first and last payment as well as any financial contribution that remains unexpended?
