2 bedroom properties

1. I seek data held by Wokingham Council in relation to:
a) the discretionary allocation of 2 bedroom properties to its housing register applicants who are either couples or single persons
b) the recorded reasons for such allocations
c) Wokingham's policy or issued guidance on such allocations.
I seek this information over the period 1 November 2015 to present.
Information on discretionary allocations is not readily available, as it is not collected by the council. The only recorded instances we have are four key worker 2-bedroom properties that were allocated to single-bedroom key worker households in 2019. The recorded reasons are that the properties were hard-to-let, and therefore, the decision was made to allocate them to single-person households who passed the affordability checks.
