1. What system does the council use for issuing and managing penalty charge notices relating to parking contraventions? And what company is that supplied from?
We currently use The Freedom-NPS system provided by Marston Holdings group who are our Contracted service provider for Civil enforcement contract.
2. What system is in place for issuing parking permits? And what company is that supplied from?
We currently use NSL-Apply permit system provided by Marston Holdings group who are our Contracted service provider for Civil enforcement contract.
3. When were both systems procured?
Both systems where recently introduced in September 2023.
4. What dates do the contracts of both systems run until?
Both Systems are linked to our NSL Parking contract which operates until October 2026.
