I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information. Please may you provide me with:
1. The name of your current sexual health service provider:
Florey Clinic Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation
2. The date on which your existing sexual health service provider contract began:
1st April 2020
3. The expiry date of the contract:
31st March 2030
4. The total value (£) of the contract:
The total value of the contract is £2,430,000 between Reading, West Berkshire and Wokingham. The cost of the contract for Wokingham Borough council per annum is £618k.
5. Whether the existing contract includes an option for an extension period, and if so, how long that period will be.
It’s a ten-year term contract with the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 3 + 2 + 3 years
