Party Wall Agreement

1. I would like to request the following information:
Copy of informative issued by Building Control, BCS, in Spring 2022 advising the owners of [Redacted] of the need to ensure that a Party Wall Agreement must be in place if they intended to build on the boundary line.
I would like a copy of the original informative in its entirety but would accept the extract relating to the party wall agreement if we are unable to be provided with the full document.
This information would be exempt under Section 40 of the Act, and also potentially Section 41. As the applicant is not the residents of the property then this is not a Subject Access request either. We would not provide personal data of someone to another individual (unless there is a lawful reason such as power of attorney).
