1. Small Items Mailed to the Public: Please provide a list of small items that your local authority, or its commissioned providers, regularly mails to members of the public. These items can include but are not limited to nicotine replacement therapy for smoking cessation, contraception for sexual health services, reusable shopping bags, COVID-19 tests, or any other items of a similar nature.
Adult Social Care - Sensory needs equipment e.g. cane tips, liquid level indicators, talking watch, foldable cane, bump ons, signature and envelope guides.

Smoking cessation service: We currently only mail NRT and letters to the public, the list of NRT are:
- Nicotine patches
- Nicotine gum
- Inhalators
- Mouthspray
- Lozenges
This is all that we send out to the public

Sexual health service: The Florey Clinic regularly mails contraception and sexual health testing kits to members of the public when consent is given from the patient for this to be sent via the post.

2. Responsibility Departments: Kindly specify which departments within your local authority are responsible for the issuance and distribution of these items. For example, if nicotine replacement therapy is issued, please indicate which department oversees this process (e.g., the Public Health Department).

Smoking Cessation: It is our admin department that are responsible for distribution
Sexual Health service: Florey Clinic (Sexual health, contraception, HIV and psychosexual services), Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust)

3. Contact Information: Please provide the names and contact email addresses of the individuals who are responsible for the management of the departments mentioned in item #2. This will enable me to reach out for further clarification if necessary.
