Council tax credits

1. In terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I hereby request a list of unclaimed council tax credit balances. Please note I am not asking for business rates credits.
Please can this information be provided to me in an Excel Spreadsheet, including the following fields:
• Ratepayer name: see attached spread sheet excluding individuals names these are left blank
• Property Address: see attached spread sheet
• Billing Authority Reference: unable to provide account number but property reference given as that is in the public domain see attached spread sheet
• Amount of credit: see attached spread sheet
• The period or financial year of the credit: See attached spreadsheet credit would relate to financial year in which end date falls within
I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'
