1. Please can you provide your total of agency spend for community packages of care between April 2022 to April 2023? This includes complex care, mental health needs or learning disabilities.
• Childrens Services - £46,700.31 represents the known invoiced costs of agencies ‘placed’ via the community support budget.
• Adult Social Care - £8,343k - this is Adult domiciliary care and day care for Older People and people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. This excludes supported living support and spend via direct payments.

2. Please can you confirm how many Children were placed via agency community packages of care between April 2022 to April 2023? This includes complex care, mental health needs or learning disabilities.

6. Who is responsible for adding agency care providers to the PSL? Please provide their work email addresses and phone numbers.
CS - We do not currently have a PSL in operation.
ASC - Not Applicable. We have a closed Framework that we can choose to reopen if necessary. This would be advertised through ProActis

7. Please clarify how a new provider can be added to the PSL?
ASC - If the Framework is reopened a provider can tender to join. It would be advertised on ProActis

8. Do you have any urgent shortfalls that you would like Health Now to work on?
We are not familiar with Health Now as an organisation and therefore are unable to respond to this question.
