I kindly request access to the underlying data that was gathered in relation to General Enquiry #216292. Specifically, I am interested in obtaining information regarding what data was collected and when it was gathered. This request is made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide me with the following details:

1. A comprehensive list of the data sources used in the response to General Enquiry #216292.
Agilysis software is used (Speed Compliance Tool).

2. The dates on which the data was collected or updated for each of these sources.
(Data - April 2022 to March 2023)

3. Any relevant methodology or procedures employed in collecting and processing the data.
The data is sourced from 135 thousand vehicles which provide GPS data tracks every 10th of a second. This raw data is processed to provide average speeds for the OS Highways network layer resulting in 14 billion vehicle tracks. When used in association with the speed limit data it allows users to quickly identify non-compliance hotspots. It shows speed limits for individual road segments based on the OS MasterMap Highways network, with six extra values supplied for average vehicles speeds at different times of the day and week, including 85th percentile and median speeds. This data saves the need for expensive tubes to be laid on the road.
