I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act. Since January 2018:
1. How many times has your environmental health team visited a property that accommodates asylum seekers housed under AASC or COMPASS by Serco, Mears, G4S or Clearspring Ready Homes.
2 Occasions by Environmental Health
The Refugee team has only taken over the service management since approx. April 2023 and do not hold this information.
2. Details of why the visit was carried out and any reports written about the visit.
One general EH/living conditions
One food/H/S.
3. How many times has your environmental health team been contacted about a property that accommodates asylum seekers housed under AASC by Serco, Mears or Clearspring Ready Homes.
1, internal as per reason for 1 and 2 above.
4. The nature of the call (pests, mould, noise, disrepair, etc).
Potential increase in occupancy consultation /alleged issues with accommodation.
