Please provide me with the following pieces of information.
1. How many claims were made against you for damage caused by pot holes in 2022.
In 2022 the council received 38 claims for alleged damage to vehicles caused by ‘potholes’ or similar defects of which 11 were paid at a total cost of £3,023.34; 15 claims were ‘not upheld’ and 12 are still ongoing.
2. How many of them resulted in compensation being awarded.

3. In reference to the pot hole W2350019, when was it repaired prior to the repair dated 13/04/2023
An emergency minor works order, no. D2334668, at a location described as “Swallowfield By pass marker 14 alpha”, was raised on 13/Apr/2023 and works were completed on the same day. Comparison of photos supplied by the customer for Enquiry W2350019 and for minor works order no. D2334668 confirm that the same road defect was involved. No record of a repair earlier than D2334668 has been identified.
