1. Please provide a copy of all safety and access assessments for Mortimers Meadow at Dinton Pastures.

We do not have specific safety documents for Mortimers Meadow as that area will be considered as part of Dinton Pastures
With regards to this request , we generally have a 4-phase approach to safety on the parks.
1. We have Duty rangers who patrol the park on a daily basis As part of this process , they will be emptying bins , picking up litter, reactive works that they come across or reporting back to service officers to deal with larger tasks .They will be checking for encroachment of vegetation , footpath surfacing/ erosion and obvious hazards on main footpaths . (attached is a single day of our Duty Ranger sheet)
2. We have a Risk assessment covering the site, highlighting specific hazards / issues and measures taken to mitigate against them. (risk assessment for Dinton Pastures attached)
3. The Countryside Service has a monthly work programme or mowing/ cutting back, rectifying reported issues and pro-active works for potential problem areas.
4. We carry out annual inspections that specifically highlight Boundaries, Trees, and Footpaths. (data removed for Dinton pastures annual inspection for the last 7 years attached)
