1. I would like to make a freedom of information request for: All and Any Pre-Application Planning Information for the following addresses: 152-158 Reading Road, Woodley RG5 3AA. Please provide any such pre-application information going back to January 2019 until today.
This request is submitted under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) as it is information held on matters related to planning permission. Planning permission is a measure which would affect or be likely to affect the state of the elements of the environment, specifically land. As such, the information fits within the definition of environmental information under Regulation 2(1)(c)1 in the EIR.
