1. I am looking into the Legal Gateways used by councils for Information Sharing. I am requesting a copy in electronic format (PDF, DOC, DOCX or any other word-processing format), or a direct link to where a copy can be found, of all Information Sharing Agreements (These might also be named Data Sharing Agreements, Data Privacy Impact Assessments, Business Privacy Impact Assessments, etc) used within the Supporting Families programme within the Council, as well as, if possible within the reasonable time limit, any other sharing agreements used between council departments and partner organisations, where the Council is the author of the document.
For example, an ISA between Housing and the directorate responsible for Supporting Families, between Adult Social Care and Community Safety, etc.
