S106 contributions

1. Please may I request a confirmation that all S106 contributions have been paid against Planning App#131605.
Please note that from 1st April 2023 should you require any specific information about a Section 106 agreement or to confirm that obligations have been discharged, the council now charges a reasonable fee. The fee is £100 per Section 106 agreement/planning application.
This is calculated based on the administrative costs of staff time spent searching, collating, and sending the relevant information in response to a specific request.
