I refer to FOI 16570 and now have the following supplementary questions to be answered.

1.
a) Please provide all evidence of consideration of demand in Wokingham without parish for secondary school places, i.e. conversations, meeting minutes, email etc that prove when creating the secondary school places plan approved in March 2022 that the residents /children in this area were considered.

b) I cannot find any evidence of this area being considered in the plan, nor the words Crowthorne/Wokingham without anywhere in the document, nor Edgbarrow school nor Corvus trust - How can you have created a plan supposedly covering this area without meeting with these entities?

This especially as it is a known fact that any increase in capacity at St Crispins. Bracknell forest have confirmed they do not factor this area into their planning in any way shape or form and did not include the 90 children attending Hatch ride and Oaklands schools in any of their projections or forecasts for places.

2. Secondly, please provide the minutes of the meetings you have held with Bracknell forest and the Corvus trust since national offer day, as referred to in response to question 2 of my original FOI 16570 to give evidence of what you have tried to do since then to support your residents. I found it astonishing that nothing was raised before this date when demand and need must have become evident during the admissions process from 1st November.
