1. How many properties do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?
83 temporary accommodation properties in use currently and 20 nightly let/ emergency accommodation properties.

2. Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for a Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed.
There is not a maximum amount that we would pay; as what we pay for nightly let/emergency accommodation depends upon demand, needs and availability. But we would always try and procure accommodation for the lowest amount possible. We would expect to pay between £50 for a studio/1 or 2 bed and around £75 per night for a 3 or 4 bed, but we have providers who will charge one standard price regardless of property size.

3. Who are your largest 5 suppliers and how much do you pay them on average every month and provide the last 3 month they have invoiced you for?
• Housing Network: March 2023 £11,448, February 2023 £12,581, January 2023 £8983 – average per month: £11006
• Housing Genie: March 2023 £4550, February 2023 £6280, January 2023 £4190 – average per month: £5006
• Fraser Nash: March 2023 £2716, February 2023 £2072, January 2023 £1883 – average per month: £2223
• Berkshire Rooms: March 2023 £2240, February 2023 £1540, January 2023 £4620 – average per month: £2800
• Hanningtons LTS: March 2023 £2000, February 2023 £3135, January 2023 £3850 – average per month: £2995

4. If we were to supply accommodation on this basis, please can you give us contact names and telephone numbers of the procurement team.
