By adaptions / specific requirements I am talking about wheel chair access, wet rooms, down stairs bedroom, one ground housing such as bungalows, flats or any structural changes to a property that need to be made before an applicant can move in etc

• HA: 8; 5 of which were affordable homes so household income needed to be at £33,030 or above.

It has not been allocated.
8. When is it estimated that repairs will be completed on these properties
Estimated works completed and signed off by 21/04/2023.
9. when is the estimated date that these properties will be put forward for nomination and in what area are each of these properties void or empty council homes
