Our environmental information
Environmental information regulations give you the right to see the environmental information held by us. This includes information about:
- Air
- Flora and fauna
- Energy
- Land
- Noise
- Soil
- Waste and emissions
- Water
It also includes any decisions, measures, financial costs, and health issues relating to the environment.
What you can do
- Make a request to find out environmental information by emailing Informationrequests@wokingham.gov.uk
- In certain situations environmental information may be withheld - we will tell you why if this is the case.
What we will do
- Respond to requests within 20 working days once the £10 fee is paid.
- Contact us if you're unhappy with the information you receive.
How much does it cost?
We make charges provided they are reasonable for supplying information under the Environmental Information Regulations.
