Parliamentary constituencies

There are new parliamentary constituency boundaries in Wokingham Borough following a review by the Boundary Commission for England which published their final recommendations in June 2023 following 3 rounds of public consultation. It received approval from the Privy Council in November 2023.

This means there are now 2 constituencies in Wokingham Borough:

  • Earley and Woodley
  • Wokingham

The Wokingham and the new Earley and Woodley constituencies are administered by Wokingham Borough Council.

Constituency boundaries are reviewed periodically to make sure that constituencies are all roughly a similar size and respect local ties between areas. More details can be found on the Boundary Commissions for England website.
