Disagreement resolution service

Parents and young people can access a disagreement resolution service that aims to help resolve disagreements around special educational needs provision through discussion. The service is free to use and independent from the Local Authority. This service is for parents or young people with special educational needs, not just those who are being assessed for or have an Education Health and Care Plan.
