How EHCP annual reviews work
Every year we will review your child or young person's education, health and care plan (EHCP). This is called an annual review.
It is a formal process that must follow certain legal requirements. A review meeting is included in the process.
The review will focus on the progress your child or young person is making towards achieving the outcomes specified in their EHCP, and make sure it continues to provide the support they need.
As part of an annual review, you can ask for a personal budget if you want to arrange and pay for provision for your child or for yourself as a young person.
