Get ADHD support
Support is available for you, your child and young people.
Family Intervention Resources and Support Team (FIRST)
Our FIRST team provides information, workshops and training around sleep, anxiety and behaviour.
If your child or young person has ADHD, you can also be referred to the 123 Magic Course. The course is specifically designed to support children with ADHD.
Berkshire West Autism and ADHD Support Service
This service provides advice, workshops and courses for children and young people aged 5 to 25 who have autism or ADHD, or who are waiting for assessment. It also provides a free helpline for parents and carers.
The service is a partnership between two local organisations:
- Autism Berkshire
- Parenting Special Children

ASD Family Help
ASD Family Help offers activities for children and young people with autism and ADHD, as well as other additional needs. They also offer drop ins for parents and carers.
