Parking information

The entrance to the office is on Biscoe Way. As you leave the main road, it is on the right-hand side and has a red door. There is ticketed 30-minute free parking further down Biscoe Way on the right, just past the recycling area. You must enter your registration into the machine and select 'free parking'. You will receive a ticket which you will need to display. 

There is also parking at Carnival Multi-Storey Car Park - RG40 2AF. Please allow at least 15 minutes to walk from there to the Register Office. 

Most Register Office appointments last 30 minutes or less. For a marriage appointment for two people you are each seen separately. Therefore, it is advisable, if possible, that the driver of the car attends the first appointment.
