The RoleWe are currently looking for Bank Wellbeing Workers to join our team in Wokingham. Our Wellbeing workers support young people between the ages of 16-25 living in semi independent accommodation and play a key role in making sure our people are kept safe, gain independent living skills and feel happy and supported in their living environment.The successful candidates will be provided with full training although they must have a positive mind-set, be approachable, non judgemental and have a great sense of humour.
