Do you want to join our team as we build this new nursery setting in Wokingham?

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and positive class-based EYFS practitioner to support children in our new Nursery.

Your opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity to help set up and grow our new Nursery setting. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a part time Nursery Assistant. They will join a very hard working and dedicated team of teachers and support staff, who focus on improving outcomes for the pupils in their care.  This role will be one full day in the nursery in addition to four lunchtime support sessions per week. 

About Wheatfield Primary School

Wheatfield Primary is a one-form entry, in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are located in an exceptionally well-resourced building, purpose built for children aged 2 to 11 years. We pride ourselves in being a small school where all children are known, valued and have their individual needs recognised and met. We grow and learn together each year and our children are integral to the development of the school, its curriculum and the learning environment.

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. 

We anticipate that there will be opportunities within the GLF cluster with the Nursery Strategy to move forward, in addition, there will also be opportunities to work towards a level 3 qualification, and beyond with the teacher training program at GLF.
