Winnersh Primary School is looking to appoint a Lower Phase Lead Teacher to join their Middle Leadership Team from September 2024.

Position Details:

This is a class-based position teaching initially in Year 3. This TLR 2 post will also hold the additional responsibilities of subject leadership (yet to be confirmed). The Head teacher is looking to appoint an ambitious teacher who will oversee Years 1- 3.

Requirements:

The successful candidate for this class based Lower Phase Leader role will be an individual with clear passion and vision for teaching and confidence in their abilities as a teacher and as a leader. They will have a proven track record for delivering excellent learning opportunities.

• A knowledgeable class teacher who will contribute to raising achievement and attainment

• An organised and inspirational teacher and leader, who can motivate both pupils and staff
