Evendons Primary School - Breakfast & After School Club Assistants
Evendons is an inclusive and diverse school, with the children at the heart of everything we do and graded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted in March 2024. We are part of the Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET), a family of high-performing primary schools across London and Berkshire. Our emphasis is on personalised learning, with support when needed and challenges when appropriate, for all pupils, in every lesson. Music and outdoor learning are key elements of our ethos, as well as the school’s motto of Kindness Matters.
Potential candidates should:
- have a positive approach to organising fun and interesting activities with the children;
- have the ability to work creatively and sensitively with children;
- encourage independence and self esteem;
- promote caring and kind behaviour among the children;
- have a good standard of general education e.g. GSCE English, Maths and Science;
- are able to relate well to and communicate well with children and adults;
- hours may be flexible depending on requirements.
Salary: After School Club - £8,117 to £8,251 per annum. Breakfast Club - £1,353 to £1,375 per annum (both roles £23,303 to £23,692 FTE).
Contract: Part time, fixed term from Sept 2024 to August 2025 with potential to extend / become permanent
Hours: After School Club - Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm. Breakfast Club - Monday and Wednesday 7.30am-8.45am
