Your Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator, ideally with some HR experience, to work across three of our primary schools in Wokingham (Floreat Montague Park, Windmill Primary School and Wheatfield Primary School). If you are a confident, friendly and flexible individual who would like to make a difference to the outcomes of the children attending our school, this could be just the role for you. 

The successful candidate will be a hard-working and motivated individual who will ensure that our efficient HR processes are adhered to. This is a busy and varied role for someone who is pleasant and can maintain confidentiality at all times.

They will be confident with the use of Microsoft, Google and be able to learn new systems. They should be professional when handling confidential material, be an excellent communicator and ideally, have experience of working in a busy office environment within a school setting. 

Working 20 hours a week across 4 days. Travel between the three schools will be necessary. This is a temporary contract until the end of the Spring term, however there may be the opportunity for this to be extended.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent IT skills, competent using a range Microsoft and Google packages
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm when juggling priorities.
  • Is friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player
  • Is able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Is able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Educated to GCSE level C or above in Maths and English

Actual Salary: £11,939.92
