Location: Woodley - there may be a requirement to travel to our other school site

Hours/Contract: 37 per week, all year, permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Assistant to join our small IT team to assist in the maintenance of the school’s ICT infrastructure and services. You will help to maintain and improve the ICT provision for students, teachers and other staff.

With previous experience of working in an ICT support role, you will support staff in using ICT, configure items of equipment and carry out technical tasks on networked computers. You will offer first line response for IT support, photocopier issues, provide Audio Visual support for classrooms and assist with technical tasks on the school’s telephone system.

You will have sound knowledge of network management, personal computer operation, installing and testing software and good knowledge of internet safety, computer security and best practices.

You will have the ability to provide IT support in a calm and friendly manner and will be able to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in classrooms utilising your excellent communication skills.
