1. I write to request a list of business rates accounts in your authority with either an outstanding credit balance or a write-on. For each account, please include the following information:
. The name of the ratepayer
. The amount of the credit or write-on
. The period to which the credit or write-on relates
. The hereditament address and property reference
The Council are applying Section 21 and 22 exemptions. Credit information has been published recently on our Datasets page. The Business Rates reports will be updated in the new Financial Year.
