1. Please provide the contact information for the municipal department or officials responsible for overseeing and regulating licensed vacant property management companies like Dex Property Management.
2. What municipal funding streams, tax credits or other financial incentives are available that Dex Property Management has access to as a licensed vacant property manager?
Please explain how these are distributed and monitored.
3. Has the municipality ever received any whistleblower reports, anonymous tips or other intelligence about potential improper relationships or corrupt practices involving Dex Property Management and municipal employees or officials?
If so, please describe any resulting investigations or actions taken.
4. Does the municipality (including, but not limited to any employees, contractors, or agent) have any direct or indirect financial relationships or arrangements with Dex Property Management?
If so, please specify the nature and details of these arrangements.
5. Please provide the names, job titles, and contact information for any municipal employees who have been the primary points of contact or liaisons with Dex Property Management.
6. Do any municipal employees or officials have familial or personal relationships with the owners, managers or employees of Dex Property Management?
If so, please provide the details of these relationships.
