I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and/or Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).
1. Please provide a copy of the most recent Risk Register that refers in any manner to the treatment of residual waste.
2. What is the full title, start date, duration and status of the Contract relevant to Wokingham Borough Council's Waste Project(s)?
3. What are the start dates, durations and extant agreements with any grant donors/lenders to establish and run such agreements?
4. Are there any planning conditions that have a bearing upon these contract(s) and agreements?
5. Please provide the Contract’s current contents, amended and updated if need be.
6. Is there a plan, process and/or estimates for waste handling beyond the ending of the existing Contract?
7. Are there any other, recent (within 5 years) public documents of policy/strategy/framework that are relevant to that ending stage?
8. Are there any current documents in the public domain that propose or otherwise address contractual changes? (such as time extension, ownership, capacity upgrade, changes to technology or re-financing?)
9. What is the status of proposals for heat off-take for district/industrial heating?
10.What is the status of any proposals for carbon capture and storage and/or usage? (‘CCS’/‘CCUS’)
11. Please provide details of base-line or otherwise, measurements, which have been unknowingly and consciously excluded, when calculating / reporting RBC's annual environmental performance results?
12. Please provide location details of the actual and / or proposed air pollution monitors.
