1. The number of complaints received by WBC or their affiliates in relation to the function of the touch type payment terminals in public parking areas monitored by WBC, separating out so it is clear those in Denmark street.
We do not record this information.
2. The servicing and maintenance of these terminal and how the council ensures their correct functioning.
We provide first line maintenance of the machines via our outsourced service provider NSL. This covers daily checks of the machines in operation when they patrol the car parks and includes replacing ticket rolls, coin jams, printer paper jams. From Sept 23 to Sept 24, we had 85 first line repairs across all 5 machines.
Second line maintenance is provided by our machine suppliers this includes replacement parts, software upgrades and general repairs to software or hardware failures.
From Sept 23 to Sept 24, we have had 2 faults repairs both for machine number DS005 and 1 software update on all machines when we changed the tariffs. Fault 1 Coin validator issue. 6 Nov 2023

3. Revenue raised by year from issuing PCN's across the Borough, separating out that revenue derived from Denmark street.
