Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information. I would like to know:
This reply relates to debt collection cases dealt with by the Recovery Team (Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit Overpayments, Accounts Receivable/ Adult Social Care), Highways Department and Housing Department. It specifically relates to current Enforcement Agents and complaints about the conduct of Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs) for the period 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2023, as stated in the FOI request.

a) How many complaints has your council received relating to the behaviour or conduct of the enforcement agencies/bailiffs/debt collectors who have been working on behalf of your council?

c) If known, how many complaints were passed to the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman? 0
