1. Since the 2022 financial year how many cases of misconduct have there been by trade union reps?
Zero, we have had no cases of misconduct for reps
2. What is your policy in dealing with misconduct by trade union reps?
We don’t have a specific policy and it would depend as it could either be us that would discipline as a work based rep or the Union would instigate their own proceedings too.
3. Is the data you are supplying for all misconduct cases or those which are formerly recorded?
