a) The steps taken by the council to inform the DVLA and/or NSL of untaxed vehicles identified on council-controlled land.

4. **Vehicles targeted**
a) During the period April to June 2024 several vehicles were clamped at/on/in (and/or removed from) Maiden Place where the PRIVATE car park is for use by residents and Maiden Lane centre customers.
Please supply these vehicle details.

This request is made to better understand the enforcement practices of Wokingham Borough Council in relation to untaxed/SORN vehicles, as well as to clarify the communication protocols with the relevant authorities such as the DVLA and NSL.

Abandoned vehicles comes under our ASB team, as far as untaxed vehicles are concerned we advise that these are reported to DVLA (We also report them to DVLA) but if claimed by an owner we take no further action.
We have been advised by our Parking manager that NSL have their own contract with DVLA for untaxed vehicles and operates out of Reading and covers the whole of the South, which is not part of any WBC contract.
